IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Implementation of eTOXsys and eTSsys within the company's infrastructure in collaboration with IT
-Direct the implementation of system validation for data retrieval and data analysis within the eTOX/eTS databases
-Advise and direct the validation of predictive algorithms
-Conduct data mining as a prerequisite for structural alert development, interface with Medicinal Chemists and Investigative Toxicologists
-Bring in expertise about in silico prediction and QSAR models, and advise on strategic direction for future development
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-University degree in Chemistry or related fields
-PhD in Toxicology or a related field
-Extensive experience in the area of (Q)SARs
-Understanding of toxicological endpoints
-Knowledge of the design and application of databases
-Minimum knowledge in a programming language, preferably in Python
-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
