In-House Recruitment Specialist

A leading investment bank is looking for an In-House Recruitment Specialist to be based in their head office in Canary Wharf. As Recruitment Specialist you will manage and enhance a high quality recruitment process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the best talent is hired in a professional and cost effective manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment assignments for internal clients ensuring full understanding of requirements and timescales. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring consistent practice in defining position requirements and internal movement of talent.

The Ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive background managing high volume in-house recruitment activity
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation in UK
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent internal and external client focus
- Strong background with Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong interviewing skills (including competency based)
- Knowledge of Taleo recruitment system or similar system
