In-house Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer/Sourcing Analyst : World Leading Oil and Gas Co.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for an In-house Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer/Sourcing Analyst to join the Enterprise Services IT Resourcing Team which facilitates the placement of IT contractors and IT services for multiple IT organizations.

Your role will be to provide administrative and other support tasks to this company's stakeholders and team members and to provide support services in the Netherlands, the UK, the US and in Malaysia.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Initiating and coordinating On Boarding/Off Boarding/Change of Teams/roles processes
- Executing various activities related to contract creation and maintenance
- Running audits, data integrity, stakeholder management etc.
- Managing team mailboxes and communicating to stakeholders
- Assist with keeping related process documentation up-to-date
- Providing assistance to the leaders and other members of the IT Resourcing Team
- Working with equivalent support staff in other countries providing an integrated support service
- Creating Excel and other type Reports to various groups within the organization
- Continual process improvement - make suggestions to Subject-matter-experts
- Ad-hoc admin tasks Special Challenges
- Balancing the Sourcing department goals and stakeholder priorities
- Working with a global team with up to 16 hour time zone differences

Skills and Experience:

- E2E IT processes
- IT Recruitment, Resourcing, Sourcing or Contract administration
- Microsoft Outlook, WORD, and Excel (Expert level)
- SharePoint and IQNavigator
- Strong Administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Business controls awareness
