WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Create new job requisitions, identify qualified candidates, and present for management review.
- Gather feedback from management on arranging interviews and interview outcome.
- Coordinate and monitor progress with the interview process; prepares and extends offers to selected candidates.
- Good understanding of OFCCP requirements.
- Experience with the full life cycle of recruiting
- Ability to make initial calls to candidates and sell the company and the job
- Ability to work well with Hiring Managers of all personalities
- Ability to work at a fast pace and high volume and keep cool
- Ability to utilize MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook at a high level
- High ability for attention to detail and process
- Good organizational skills necessary for success
- Ability to laugh when the going gets tough
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School diploma required
- 2 + years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate) required
- 1+ YEARS OF CORPORATE (NON AGENCY) RECRUITING REQUIRED
- Good computer skills in ATS systems, MS Office, Adobe Pro.
