The successful person shall be responsible for day to day stakeholder management with clients in the business units, ensuring that any issues with service delivery are recognised and resolved in a timely manner and ensure positive and necessary process changes are being implemented. You will be required to lead briefing meetings with Line Managers or HR Business Partner if appropriate to ensure the job and vacancy requirements are clearly understood including competencies to be assessed, assessment tools, determining the recruitment channels based on recruitment metric information, quality and cost and agree recruitment time lines to ensure timely delivery of recruitment campaigns.
Responsible for the key elements of the recruitment process including reviewing applications & CVs and assessing the suitability of candidates against pre-defined criteria and job specification. You will undertake professional, telephone screening/interviews with candidates against a pre-defined set of competencies. Ensure the processes are documented and interview scorecards are completed and the Candidate Management System is updated as appropriate.
