In-house Recruiter - Bristol (Almondsbury)

hyphen Recruitment, on behalf of the UK's largest telecoms business, listed in The Times top 100 places to work, are seeking a detail conscious Recruiter to assist with the sifting and shortlisting of permanent hires as part of a large scale recruitment programme.

Receiving and logging CV's
Screening CVs
Screening candidates (including testing, telephone/face to face interviewing, referencing etc).
Forwarding CVs to managers and collecting CV feedback.
Arranging Interviews and collecting feedback.
Organising room bookings and availability.
Maintaining pool of suitable candidates.
Processing new starter administration (including contracts and system set up)

You will have experience of recruitment and ideally within the digital or technical space, have superb attention to detail and be able to manage the expectations of demanding stakeholders.

This role is for an immediate start following interview, ideally you will be able to start within a week of your application, and able to commit to at least 8 weeks of work without extended breaks.
