In-House Commercial Property Lawyer - Retail/Telecoms

Projektbeschreibung
ROLE:
Negotiating and agreeing commercial property agreements and leases.
Advising estates and property and facilities on legal queries and achieving resolution by negotiation with landlord/landlord solicitors as required.
Dealing with the general Landlord and Tenant Act Matters.
Managing and instructing external lawyers on commercial property matters, in particular relating to the retail and commercial property portfolio.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Broad commercial property experience - retail/office property - essential.
Knowledge of mobile telecoms mast sites/base stations would be highly desirable.
Legal training and experience with a major law firm.
UK in-house experience/secondment in a retail/telecoms environment.
Strong advisory, drafting and negotiation skills.
