Implementation Manager - (Wireless roll-out)

Implementation Manager with Wireless roll out experience required to work for a Market leading Telecommunications company based in Brussels, Belgium. Fluent Dutch, French and English speakers required.

KEY EXPERIENCE:

Huge telecom experience in roll-out projects

Good knowledge of KPI's

Strong analytical skills

Very good communication and presentation skills

Customer focus

Flexible, dynamic

Strong personality to face customer and partners

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer facing, Partner facing

KPI management (not only follow-up but also improve KPI's significantly): FTR integration, FTR 1ANO, planning accuracy, planning speed, outage, timely delivery of deliverables etc

Responsible to increase the quality of the installations and integrations to reach the customer targets

Responsible to increase the timely delivery of BoQ's, Site survey reports and other deliverables to reach the customer targets

Analysis, action definition, follow-up, and pushing partners to better results

Partner meetings, presentations

Customer meetings, presentations

Internal meetings, presentations

Back-up tasks for colleagues on vacation or sick leave
