This project aims to review the current state, scale and capability of existing AML operations and define a new target operating model.
The successful candidate will have the following core skills:
* AML project experience gained within a banking environment
* Project Management
* Implementation Management, particularly across multiple sites
* Process Change experience
* Business Readiness experience
* MI reporting skills
* Experience within a Banking environment
Experience of shared services (centralising processes) and outsourcing would also be beneficial.
