Implementation Manager - Airport Ground Handling Systems

GFT is seeking a number of Implementation Managers with experienced in Airport Ground Handling and/or Departure Control systems to support the implementation of their universal DCS system. Working as part of a team the role is to coordinate implementation activities (Solution setup, Migration preparation), and to provide functional and technical support to the customers.

This will include:
Solution setup including data setup and test activities
Provide technical and functional support
Organize customer acceptance
Ensure compliance with industry standards
Project Management: Overall planning of the activities, identifying and defining milestones with the customer

You need:
Around 3 years' experience with Airline and or Airport systems including Ground Handling Services (Passenger, Traffic, Ramp...)
DCS product knowledge
Ability to provide functional and technical support (product training will be given)
Airport environment IT technical knowledge (Passenger systems, Baggage )
Project Management skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong collaborative skills

Strong Communication at all levels with internal and external stakeholders

This is a hands-on role and suited to consultants with 3-5 years' experience looking to enhance their Travel IT knowledge. There are a number of positions available starting immediately and in the coming months.
