An Implementation Consultant is urgently required for a 6 month contract. The Implementation Consultant role will involve a variety of tasks in the technical and certification of projects following new, evolving and existing processes and procedures.You will work in a dynamic and agile environment responding to the demands of both internal and external customers.Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience* Experience in a technical customer facing environment * Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in negotiations and managing external customers expectations* Proven track record of commitment to quality * Significant experience of payment systems, mobile, online or banking experience, specifically in the areas of managing multiple stakeholders and project management * Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to deliveryDesirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience* French or other European language skills* Familiar with the Agile methodologyKey Tasks and Deliverables* Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including providing updates and consultancy for the onboarding project lifecycle * Manage the end-to-end implementation of a project which includes but not limited to all technical onboarding related activities* Manage and resolve all project associated risks and issues * Produce, validate and maintain all project documentation, including project plan project scope, project status updates etc. * Carry out testing & certification activities for new and/or existing projects* Provide training & knowledge transfer to internal teams* Carry out double-checking and approving activities for system changes * Work with team leader and internal specialists to proactively resolve problems and conflicts as they arise * Instigate improvements to the onboarding processes and procedures* Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external) as well as manage expectations that will contribute to a projects success * Able to work in a team environment as well as ability to work autonomously* Able to work in a flexible manner as the service evolves and grows* Be proactive and use their own initiative and accurately manage their workload to deadlines * Negotiate and seek solutions/work-arounds to achieve results
