Imaging Design Engineer

Looking for an Imaging Design Engineer for our client in the printing technologies.

Start: 1 September, 16 September, 1 October

Location: Venlo

Duration: 12 months

Language: Dutch AND English

Introduction:

For a new version of a high end ink jet printer, adaptations to the imagine processing need to be investigated. Print quality improvements in the area of halftoning and colour corrections are foreseen and need to be implemented in the current image processing platform.

Position's main tasks:

Reaching feasibility, implementing and testing of improvements are part of the tasks.

Education:

MSc in Physics or Electrical Engineering

Professional skills:

- extensive Matlab experience including Simulink
- able to work on topics with combination of software, modelling and physics (incl. experiments)

Behavioural skills:

- suitable/experiences to work in a multidisciplinary team
- technically driven
- entrepreneurial spirit
