ILS - INTERGRATED LOGISTICS MANAGER

This is a job opportunity within Government for a contract position. It is also an excellent networking opportunity to move into different projects around the site and develop your career/experience.

Duties include commenting/advising on procurement strategies, development of the ILS SOW and CDRL, Use Study, ILS Strategy, ILSP, SA (for use in the in TLMP) review of, or input into, the TSS, TNA, TGA, TOA and various Element plans for projects.

- Assist in the development of the Use Study IAW JSP 886 Vol 7 part 2. - Review of the ISP and any other contractor produced element plans in response to the ILS SOW - Influencing design and through life cost and efficiency.
- Conducting EMA and RCM assessments.
- Providing advice and recommendations to Team on the support aspects and implications of proposed procurement strategies.
- Drafting, Producing and Vetting ILS related tender, contract, ITEAP and Logistic demonstration documents in line with DEF STAN 00-600.
- Evaluation of support aspects of tenders. Making recommendations on award of contracts. Supporting post tender negotiations and tender de-briefs for ILS aspects.
- Commenting upon ILS aspects of technical specifications and other technical documents. - Providing advice and support to Project staff in the support aspects of DEFCON 82, Codification, PEPS, Storage, CES, ST&TE, AESPS. - Chairing Project ILS Review meetings and representing the team at other meetings.
- Advising project management on assurance requirements IAW AOF - utilising the SSDT - Advising and mentoring other junior ILS Staff.
