Identity Management Specialist

My client is a respected Government organisation looking for a Identity Management Specialist to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with view to extend.

The ideal candidate will support the departments in-house developed Identity Management Solution, the candidate will work in an existing team involved in support, maintaining systems with J2EE technologies interacting with current and Legacy systems.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5 years IT experience
- High level experience and proficiency in all of the following: Java, JSP, common J2EE Design Patterns, EJB, HTML, JDBC, XML, Oracle databases
- High level understanding and experience with Authentication and Security environments, including Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), preferably Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong experience in analysis, programming and testing in line with best practices for software development is required.
- Ability to provide specialist application support and maintenance, investigate and resolve system incidents and data anomalies and maintain system performance in enterprise scale systems.
- Experience with a mature Identity Management product (Novell IDM, Tivoli Identity Manager, or similar)
- Sun Certified J2EE developer, Struts, Spring, Swing
