IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT/IAM ANALYST

Looking for an experienced IAM analyst, to work for one of the leading banks based in Amsterdam. For someone who has knowledge of core IAM concepts and products and familiar with Risk and Control Frameworks. This assignment will involve identifying and implementing the processes and controls of the CISO Access Control to better support a bank get in-control and transition to DevOps.

POSITION

- Identify and implement improvements in our Access Control processes to make us more efficient and better in control
- Analyse difficult access cases and find solutions that are secure, understandable and can be operationalized
- Propose lean and mean controls to satisfy the needs of our auditors to be demonstrably in-control

PROFILE

- Academic educational level in a relevant field (eg IT or Information Security)
- 2-5 years of experience in the security and/or audit field
- Very good communicative skills and ability to lead small groups
- Knowledge of Infrastructure and Middleware security concepts (eg Unix, Wintel, Oracle)
- Knowledge of core IAM concepts (eg RBAC, PAM) and products (eg CyberArk, Sailpoint)
- Familiarity with Risk and Control Frameworks (eg CoBit, ISO 27001)
- Relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, etc.)
