IDAS Engineer Contractor - Design and Optimization

DESCRIPTION

- iDAS Engineer will provide engineering services to K&M client, working on iDAS network design and optimization, and will perform network and product troubleshooting.
- iDAS engineering oversight of in-building and multi-building iDAS design, deployment and optimization.
- Generate project proposals that include site surveys, link budgets and the use of in-building RF propagation tools
- Write technical proposal documents and generate supporting documentation for project installation and deployment
- BSS Parameter Specification
- Assist Sales Department in customer meeting and presentations, understanding and communicating customer needs and proposing solutions.
- Manage projects from the engineering aspect and with budget constraints

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years' RF engineering experience
- Distributed Antenna System
- iBwave
- Experience of technologies - Ericsson UMTS, LTE Network
- Experience of optimization drives, processing drive test data
- Good Excel/Powerpoint skills
- Familiar with the switch
- Mid to expert level on optimization parameter
- Familiar with small cell architecture
- Self-motivated and hard- working
