-Installing and configuring application & operating system software
-Setup and maintain ICT asset inventory and its asset management database
-Develop, implement and maintain up-to-date data security concept
-Ad-hoc troubleshooting software, hardware, and other issues reported by employees
-Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
-Diagnose hardware issuesassertive self-starter; deadline mentality

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
