ICT System Engineer 2nd/3rd Line - Active Directory/ITIL - Brussels

Top class technology consultancy are looking to hire a Bi-Lingual (English and Dutch - any French will be a big bonus) 2nd/3rd Line ICT System Engineer for a 6 month rolling contract in Brussels. There's potential for this contract to extend for the long term.

We are ALSO looking for a Tri-Lingual System Engineer (for Gent or Antwerp) - Same Specification

EXPERTISE:

You'll possess expert knowledge in one of the following areas (at least 5+ years of experience):

- Active Directory management
-Lotus Notes administration
-Technical application management for specific business applications
-Network & server problems following ITIL procedures, coordination with 3rd level support (vendor or outsourcing partners)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 2nd level (and 3rd level) support responsibility, according to ITIL procedures, in line with agreed service levels
- 2nd line ( and 3rd level) incident management
- Problem management
- Release management
- Change management
- Configuration management
- Documentation responsibility

YOU'LL BE THE CONTACT PERSON FOR:

- IT Staff or demand manager for 2nd and 3rd line issues
- Third Party service providers (OLA follow-up)
- Business for operational support: ie End-users who request 1st line support in the Service Desk

You'll need to be flexible for work outside normal business hours for planned changes and you'll participate in an on duty support team 24h/24h 7d/7d
