ICT Project Manager - Security Cleared

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the efficient initiation, planning, execution, monitoringensuring delivery within the constraints, to the satisfaction of the requirements and in accordance with the relevant processes.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR THIS POSITION.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Define, lead and ensure that all tasks and deliverables are resourced and delivered appropriately
- Proactively manage potential changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Support the Programme Management Office in embedding Project Management Capability Improvements and to develop and optimise PM processes by communicating and driving through change in an agreed prioritised order
- Responsible for ensuring the Knowledge Base is appropriatley updated and maintained

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Current SC Clearance is essential for this position
- A minimum of 5 years experience in ICT project management in a complex environment including experience in email and file share migrations, EUDs deployment and business applications re-hosting
- Project experience with migration of over 4000 resources and related accounts
- Experience with SOA/ITIL/Service Management methodologies
- International experience working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment is desirable
- Technical or engineering background
- Formal project management qualification in PRINCE 2, APM, PMI or equivalent
