IBM Websphere Application Server Support - Banking - Utrecht

WEBSPHERE APPLICATION SERVER ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED TO JOIN A MIDDLEWARE TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING, OPERATING, MANAGING AND MAINTAINING THE SERVERS THAT SUPPORT A GLOBAL BANKING BUSINESSES.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support across a multi-platform infrastructure: Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere AS and JBoss.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- 5 years+ WebSphere AS experience within a multi-platform environment.
- Must also have a strong track record in writing and installing scripts for administration tasks.
- Middleware product knowledge
- Support applications Servers on Unix, Windows and Linux platforms
- Building application Servers to global standards
- Writing technical documents
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Performance & tuning experience
- Understanding of security
- Understanding of network, multi-user access and locking issues
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ
- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic
- Knowledge of RedHat JBoss
- Exposure to Oracle RDBMS 11R2 and MS SQL Server 2008/2012
