IBM Optim Developer

Projektbeschreibung
Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a brand new project on IBM Optim. This will be to work on a customer site in Zurich, Switzerland and we will need a project team with experience on Infosphere Optim.
These are 6 month initial contracts and have the potential to get extended.
1.Discovery/Optim Developer/Software Engineer L3 (2)
*Needs to have adequate project experience in IBM Optim 7.0 and above. At least 2 executed projects in IBM Optim is mandatory.
*Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
*Needs to be completely hands-on with IBM Infosphere Optim
*Knowledge of data masking concepts and experience in customizations of masking rules in IBM Optim
*IBM Optim certification is a plus
*Strong database querying skills
*Should play the role of a developer and create masking rules, Optim procedures and other artifacts to support the project.
*Knowledge of wealth management domain is a plus
*Should be able to function independently without much supervision
*Needs to possess good communication skills
2.Senior Discovery/Optim Developer/Software Engineer L4 (1)
*Should have executed projects with data anonymization
*Prior hand-on experience with at least 3 projects in IBM Optim is mandatory
*Experience leading a data masking team is a plus
*Needs to actively participate in development when required and also mentor junior resources in the team
*Knowledge of wealth management domain is desirable
*Should be able to function independently without much supervision
*Needs to possess good communication skills
*Certification in IBM Optim is highly desirable
3.Senior Discovery/Optim Developer/Software Engineer L5 (1)
*Experienced in leading Data Anonymization projects
*Needs to have executed at least 3 data masking projects and led at least 2 of them
*Should be a leader in the team by setting goals and tasks for other team members
*Work with the Data Anonymization lead to design solutions for data masking
*Knowledge of wealth management domain is mandatory
*Responsible for mentoring and delegating work to team members
*Excellent communication skills
*Certification in IBM Optim is mandatory
As the roles are based in Switzerland you will need to be eligible to work in Switzerland for the 6 month+ contract opportunity.
