In the IT Engineering department, the EAI team is in charge of putting in place, operate and maintain the IIB (IBM Integration Bus) infrastructure of the Bank.
In the context of an evolution of our architecture towards SOA, an important evolution of the current IIB infrastructure is planned. This evolution will support increasing volumes as well as additional transversal services (listed hereafter):
- Caching (centrally)
- Context Management
- Logging (technical + business logging)
- Security Management
- API management
- Automation of build process & testing

Function Description
Responsibilities and main tasks :
- Review the current IIB infrastructure
- Design/document operational processes on IIB and adequate monitoring
- Put in place structural capacity management of the infrastructure
- Implement remediation actions that have been identified and reported during a health check
- Automate administration
- Lead or participate to technical projects
- Coach specialists and developers
- Monitor unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Ensure transition to support

At least 5 years in SOA & Middleware (ESB-EAI) domains
Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Broad knowledge and experience in implementing IIB
- Broad knowledge of SOA concepts, trends, technologies, and products (e.g. : XML, JCA, JMS, SOAP, WSDL, Java, Cobol, C++, IIB, Websphere, …).
- Thorough knowledge of security, caching, logging, stubbing, monitoring & throttling techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of drawing up of technical designs
Preferable
- Recent successful proven experience(s) in similar/comparable environment
Business Experience
Mandatory
- Discuss with the internal client all along the projects lifecycle
- Set up, monitor, report and review SLA's with responsible maintenance departments
- Ensure a good working relationship is established with all necessary support organizations both internal and external
- Coordinates the escalations when the projects are in production
