Main Job Purpose:
The Architect will be responsible to:
- BPM problem statement and business need analysis (Functional and Technical)
- BPM program/Project/solution approach
- Proof of Concepts/Solution Design
- Delivery and Pre Sales Support
- Competency Development
- Effort Estimation

Technical knowledge & Experience required:
Domain/Technical
Good understanding of software development life cycle and Agile/Iterative methodology.
Prior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projects
Ability to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical)

Technical competency in the following:
- Platforms
- Lombardi Teamworks, Oracle BPM suite (Aqualogic) AND/OR Pega (Smart BPM, Pega PRPC) AND/OR Savvion AND/OR Chordys
- Relevant experience preferable including EAI, SOA and BPM. Experience in BPM and involved in End to End BPM implementations
- At least one end to end implementation project in the products mentioned above.
- Sound knowledge in BPM implementation approach, architecture, SOA, process design
- Experience in gathering BPM requirements and prepare Process Design frame work
- Web development experience in J2EE will be a plus. Others Inclination to understand and learn application/business functionality
