IBA/Functional Analyst

My client is urgently looking for an analyst to assist their voice team to deliver state of the art solution. You will be based in Brussels for an initial 6 month contract.

The role involves working on delivering my clients Next Gen voice value added service on the cloud, which focus on an entire new product involving network, engineering, business support tool, customer facing web application, pricing and billing.

However depending of your background, you may focus more specifically on a specific area of this challenge, within the voice architecture team.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- interacting with business stakeholders, network specialists and developers to gather and refine requirement and problem definition.
- elaborate the functional solution, that include the architecture, functional logic, migration approach and integration solutions.

Skills:
- strong analytical skills
- familiarity with Telecom, especially voice product (least cost routing, number portability, TDM, VOIP, LTE, ...) is a plus.
