Key Skills:
- Extensive BANKING experience - in a CENTRAL/GROUP FUNCTION
- Highly experienced working in a TRAINING FUNCTION and DEVELOPING STAFF
- Highly competent in DESIGNING TRAINING MATERIALS
- Excellent COMMUNICATIONS experience
- Strong STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT skills

- IAR experience (Individual Accountabilities Regimes)
