THE ROLE

- The IAM Quality Controller will be responsible for:
- Identity
- Analyses existing data and works together with the IAM Service Manager to achieve the best quality
- Evaluates existing processes where data is being managed and provides improvements
- Works with Service Manager to put in place accepted improvements
- Transfers to Service Providers the knowledge to keep data quality as its best by monitoring data and processes

THE INDIVIDUAL

- 3-5 years' experience in improving data quality
- Knowledge on a functional and conceptual level of IAM solutions and platforms
- Experienced in working in a global dynamic organization and migration program
- People manager, understands how to work and lead multi-cultural project teams
- Experienced in managing data from Data Base, LDAP and macros with excel
- Business English is a must, project language is English
- Good communication skills
