I3 - Application Performance Monitoring Specialist

THE ROLE:

-Collaborate with the team engineering and third level support of Precise i3 platform
-Troubleshooting and administration of Precise i3 solutions on Solaris, Linux and Windows
-Design and implementation of monitoring solutions based on Precise i3
-Installation and configuration of Precise i3 agents and infrastructure components
-Life cycle management for all Precise i3 solutions
-Acceptance tests and hand over to operations and other support teams
-Support applications with custom monitoring configuration consultation

YOU NEED:

-Minimum 2+ years of experience with engineering of Precise i3 product
-Certification or expertise on Solaris, Linux and Windows
-Certification or expertise in Oracle DBMS, SQL Server and/or Sybase
-Software engineering in Java/JEE or Microsoft .NET is a plus
-Software packaging knowledge for Linux (RPM) and Windows (MSI) is a plus
-Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and ability to own problems through to resolution.
