We are looking for a Hyperion DRM (Data Relationship Management) for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.

Job Title: Hyperion DRM (Data Relationship Management)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Duration: Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
TECHNICAL:
In depth knowledge in Hyperion DRM
Experience in design and development of DRM solution, inbound/outbound fields, security
Min two end-to-end DRM implementation experience
Should be able to gather requirements and design in line with it
Should be able to communicate with offshore team and validate their work
Experience in setting up of test environment, writing test scripts, supporting end users in testing
Experience in batch Scripting, scheduling etc
Hyperion DRM installation and troubleshooting experience
Expertise in performance tuning and optimization
Experience in Project planning starting from requirements gathering and entire project execution
Delivering support, guidance and best practices in configuring Hyperion DRM for the implementation of a Finance data model, including versioning, data quality validations, custom business rules, audit control and reporting/querying capabilities
Defining Hyperion DRM system preferences
Implementing security and information life cycle management and optimizing performance on application level
Validating the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
Delivering support, guidance and best practices in importing/exporting data into/from Hyperion DRM using the DRM API and Batch clients with an external scheduler
Designing and developing Scripting for data movements (eg imports, action scripts, scripts for launching exports)
OWNERSHIP:
- Completely own the Hyperion DRM implementation track of Client and its roadmap
- To take ownership of issues and work on issue resolution
LEADERSHIP:
- Service Delivery: Ensure all the delivery parameters are met as per defined SLAs
- Recommend procedural and/or operational improvements in SOPs and SOIs for continuous improvement
- Document new business and technical problems & resolutions assessing impact
- Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge to resolve issues in changing technology environments.
- Solution assessments for business problems
COLLABORATION:
- Collaborate with Oracle for any application bug.
- Proactive and reactive management of support issues, including liaison with business users, system users, partners and 3rd party vendors.
- Interaction with multi-cultural global support teams and internal customers from various geographical regions/countries
- Ensuring proper communication and coordination within support teams.
- Working or being 'on call' during non-working hours as project or emergency system maintenance requires.
MENTORING:
- Functional and business guidance to the team for complex and critical incidents
- Prepare and delivery of quality manuals/materials for support training
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on implementation/support experience in HYPERION System 9 and 11.
- Should have good understanding of Finance business function.
- Prior experience as an Implementation consultant/expert's role with direct interaction to overseas clients
- Ability to work in a highly structured and process oriented environment essential.
