Hyperion Consultant - PSPB/Public Sector Planning & Budgeting

We are currently recruiting for a Oracle Hyperion Consultant who has solid knowledge of Hyperion Public Sector Planning and budgeting, ideally with some delivery experience for our client in the Public Sector on a 3 month rolling basis.

The ideal candidate will should be able to demonstrate the following:

* Knowledge of Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting, preferably at least one delivery
* Demonstrable track record of project delivery with at least 2+ Hyperion Planning full project life cycles (ie Define, Design, Develop, Deploy)
* Experience of successful delivery of Hyperion Planning implementation projects is essential with specific involvement in Workforce Planning
* Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a range of people of varying technical knowledge, often explaining complex concepts to colleagues and business users/stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
* Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking, showing attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, able to maintain strategic perspective while undertaking complex and detailed work, with proven ability to deliver results within agreed timescales and to work within tight timeframes.
* Preference will be given to candidates that have external consulting experience

Skills mandatory:

* Detailed knowledge and experience of implementing Oracle's Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting
* Detailed knowledge and experience of implementing Oracle's Hyperion Workforce Planning
* Experience writing HFR and Smartview reports
* Background in financial accounting
* Experience of integrating Hyperion products
* Knowledge & Experience of Oracle's Data Integration tools for Hyperion solutions

Skills useful:
* Experience of FDM would be advantageous
