Hyperion Administrator

Seeking a Hyperion Admin to augment the Technical Architecture team; the position will administer day to day maintenance as well as a project that is upgrading our Hyperion application.

DELIVERABLES:

- Migration of objects through environment workflow.
- Create and maintain consistent and thorough documentation of all processes and procedures for supported applications.
- Manage applications change/updates and software upgrades, set up new users with software and security access, & monitor capacity and usage of application and server.
- Support the process of identifying, diagnosing and solving existing process and system issues.
- Install, build, configure, and test various Hyperion 9.3.3.x and 11.1.2.x components in complex distributed UNIX/windows environment including but not limited to Hyperion Foundation Services, Reporting and Analysis, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Strategic Finance, Essbase, Interactive Reporting, Web Analysis, Financial Reporting
- Testing support for each of the Hyperion products, including performance testing, integration testing between interfacing systems, and performance tuning.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Upgrade experience from 9.3.1.x to Hyperion 11.1.2.x is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic Product Knowledge of all the modules and their interactions/communications between each other is required.
- Deep logical/technical troubleshooting skills to understand configuration in detail and issue resolution is required. Root cause analysis evaluation is necessary
- UNIX command line experience needed
- Good organizational skills, multitasking skills to keep track of changes and accurately documenting the configuration, and issue resolutions is required
- Communication skills, verbal and written
