SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-8+ years of Information Technology experience
-4+ years of Business Analyst experience in hybris and E-commerce
-Strong experience with high volume B2C/B2B eCommerce systems
-Responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document, functional specification and functional test cases
-Perform functionality testing before the release and demo to the business and IT teams
-Liaison between development and testing team
-Support system integration testing and UAT
-Single point of contact for any requirements gap, interaction with customer for any change in requirements
-Good communication and client interaction skills
