MY DUTIES:

- Prepare and process payroll, facilitate resolutions to any payroll errors or questions, administer employee benefits, respond to staff inquiries related to payroll and benefits on a timely manner while acting as focal point of contact for external payroll and benefit vendors for payroll daily process
- Enrol or terminate employees, maintain applicable staff files in compliance with internal policies, monitor Long Term absence process and track service levels with external suppliers for continuous improvement, perform payroll and benefits analysis and make recommendations while Contributing to improving policies related to payroll and benefits
- Act as a focal point of contact for the Leave and Absences system
- Coordinate Swiss entry visa process for new employees and applicable dependants
- Generate planned or requested reports and periodically audit relevant internal system data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintainin current HR files and databases up to date to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected
- Manage the procurement process related tasks for the HR team, which includes drafting exhibits and process the expense claims for the HR team

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Professional experience in Human Resources administration, including experience in payroll and benefits administration and with a good understanding of HR payroll processes and practices
- Strong numerical skills and excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Strong customer service focus, demonstrated respect of HR policies and in parallel able to show flexibility
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism, strong team player but also able to work autonomously
- Foster positive relationships when engaging with stakeholders, ensuring a high level of diplomacy at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise adequately, to analyse complex situations, bring recommendations and take initiatives, to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Conversant with technology such as Microsoft Office suite
