HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL NEEDED for a 12 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support day-to-day administration of the U.S. Medical, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) plans, including but not limited to the following activities: Annual Enrollment support and testing; weekly payroll file audit of benefit deductions and imputed income; quarterly payroll and vendor reconciliations; indicative file review; auditing of internal and external data to assure accuracy of participant accounts; resolution of participant questions/inquiries raised internally or externally
- Support day-to-day administration of the U.S. savings and retirement 401(k) plan
- Closely monitor regular status of open cases and coordinate resolution of escalated cases. Review case counts and types and evaluate vendor case management effectiveness. Manage the level of escalated cases by coordinating with Bayer internal resources;
- Support annual vendor audit of benefit administrator to ensure compliance with all plan rules and operational effectiveness
- Handle data entry into SAP HR system for all benefit related changes. Many changes must be verified by another Benefit team member to support ICS (Internal Control Systems) controls

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Knowledge of benefit and market trends, legal and compliance issues, and best practice standards;
- Demonstrated data extract, analysis, and validation experience;
- Ability to solve problems through analytical approaches;
- Experience working in a team oriented and customer service environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- Good problem solving, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy and tact;
- Strong focus on customer service;
- Ability to perform well under pressure;
- Extensive knowledge and experience with sophisticated computer software applications such as Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Bachelor's Degree
- SAP Human Resource experience
- Experience administering health and welfare and retirement (401k) plans is preferred
