We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER 70% (M/F)
freelance/temporary employment for a project in Neuchâtel

Start of the project: ASAP
Project duration: 6 MM++
Your Duties:
- You will ensure the right talent on time as per our staffing plans
- Support local management teams to implement talent and performance management culture and process as per TE values
- Coordinate the full onboarding as well as the exit administration
- Be the local link interaction with social insurances (illness, pension, old-age insurance, child allowances)
- Local contact for all HR matters and HR admin
- Contact with legal affairs in case of litigations
- Local support for staffing (job advertising, local interviews, link with agencies) for operators and administrative roles
- Payroll - review of payslips before salary run
- Ensure corporate governance, local regulations compliance and investigate complaints
Your Qualifications:
- BS degree in economics/management broad and in-depth HR expertise
- Profound experience in relevant development within HR function with a successful experience in setting up a new HR department/new manufacturing facility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong skills in change management and project management complex and fast moving projects
- Proven experience in staffing plans for operations facilities
- Proven experience in an HRM role in the automotive industry and/or large complex global organisations highly recommended
- Fluency in English and French (German language skills are beneficial)
- Solid ability in Microsoft products required, prior experience in SAP is a requirement
- Customer service mindset, driven for results
- Demonstrated managerial courage, self-confident and a high level of multitasking
- Ability to generate ideas and deliver them into pragmatic deliverables as appropriate
