SUMMARY
The ER Manager spends up to 20% of their time driving regional HR operational excellence and strategy by delivering HR projects while leading and managing specific HR processes in particular employee relations activities such as performance management, disciplinary and employee complaints. Deliver Employee Relations training to new managers.

DUTIES

- Employee Relations for assigned functional area.
- Includes assessing situation and consistently administering disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and employee complaints and Alert Line calls.
- Provide coachingLeading Employee Engagement activities; Leading change management initiatives.
- Embed project skills and project tool kits appropriate to HR projects to drive consistency of approach and visibility of progress and results

Relationships

- Foster and maintain strong internal relationships across HR and a shared leadership agenda with other teams and team lead within HR Solutions, and with regional stakeholders as needed
- To maintain effective working across HR and that HRdoesn't get upset when things are up in the air; deals effectively with change and shifts gears appropriately

- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral) - ability to assist managers in writing logical, well thought out disciplinary memos and performance plans.
