Human Resources Coordinator Job

HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Human Resource experience
- Employee records maintenance
- SAP
- MS Office

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for all employee transactions
- Maintain, organize and digitize all employee records and files both active and terminated
- Work on HR Operation Systems and programs (SAP, Business Warehouse Report)
- Answer general questions for employee (Benefits, Payroll, etc.,)
- Special project: Executing HRIS transaction workflows in support of organizational changes
- Run regular and ad hoc reports from applicable HR systems (SAP, Business Warehouse Report)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or additional experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of one (1) year professional experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
- Strong computer skills, including SAP, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Self-Starter, able to work independently and seek out answers/resources on own
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
- Project and process management skills, demonstrated track record of delivering results
- Strong employee-relations skills; must be approachable and able to earn trust and credibility with employees in the organization
- Able to deal effectively with conflict and manage difficult employee relations situations
