My large corporate client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team who has a good range of generalist experience who will be able to pick up day to day queries and also be knowledgeable enough to be able to help pull together and input into line managers capability of work.
The Human Resources Business Partner needs to have union consultation experience, and a great eye for detail as the organisation will be going through a business review (mini re-org) shortly along with implementation of transparent pay.
The Human Resources Business Partner will need experience in the following skills and experience:
- Culture exercises, and employee engagement
- TUPE experience
- Experience of working as a HR Business Partner
