HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CREVE COEUR, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Receives/researches incoming inquiries from HR Generalist and Managers regarding data.
- Accurately processes incoming transactions to include new hires, terminations, and data changes to salary, cost center, position, etc.
- Investigates and resolves issues for HR Generalists and managers regarding data integrity ensuring compliance data standards.
- First level support for HR Portal and DPC issues. Responsible for general troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding view access and system performance. Educates groups on all available self service options.
- Timely and accurately logs calls and creates and closes cases in Case Management tool.
- Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for enhancing business operations through better utilization of technology, ie, automating manual tasks/transactions
- Ensures Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and applies broad knowledge of CES policies and procedures on processing transactions
- Ensures 48 hour metric on processing transactions is occurring

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year HR experience
- Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) required
- Strong systems orientation, proficient Microsoft Office
- Experience working a part of a team to accomplish goals
- Demonstrated experience in working in an environment which required the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task
- Ability to identify and implement process enhancements, strong results orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong customer focus, good judgment, organized, attention to detail, self-starter, problem solving and decision making ability required
- Demonstrated agility - flexible and comfortable with changes in work assignments as the scope of the role evolves
- High degree of initiative, must be proactive and analytical
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
