This position has the potential to be high pressure in situations where call volumes are high. Due to our current global implementation of SAP, the call volume is likely to increase greatly. The candidate will be expected to be able to handle high call volumes, and know when to notify the manager if faxes and emails are not being answered or work is not being logged.

SKILLS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma.
- 1+ year(s) of general office experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Ability to type.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have pleasant phone manner.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own, and prioritize work according to business needs.
- Ability to work well in high pressure situations.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work on a computer and handle phones.
- Minimal lifting.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (with frequent stretch breaks.)
