-Apply human factors engineering expertise to user interfaces of novel electro-mechanical medical devices, placing the patient at the centre of the design
-Lead the development of human factors risk management reports and usability specifications
-Work with human factor testing laboratories
-Review human factors test laboratories' protocols and reports
-Contribute to human factors report (US, FDA)
