Human Factors Consultant - Sweden

For a medical devices company in Sweden, we are looking for the follwong freelance profile. Initial contract will be 3 months - 3 month extensins will follow.

Human Factors Consultant
* Main focus will be to carry out validations of usability aspects with scientific and proven methods
* A minor part of the assignment will include Designing and documenting concepts for the handling of products.
* Some Plan and proceed with "use study" activities focus on the user, user experience and usability.
* Evaluate the usefulness of the concept proposals and prototypes with scientific and accepted methods
* Conducting risk analysis from a user perspective.
* The consultant should be good at time management, due to the work load can vary from week to week.

Qualifications
- Relevant university degree in Human Facors field or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Mastering English in speech and writing
- Flexible, communicative and easy to work
- Creative, results-oriented and quality.
- Former Medtech experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the interactions design
- Good knowledge of evaluation methods for evaluating usability
- Interviews will be held during the selection time
