JOB TITLE: Huawei Rating Consultant (Huawei Billing)
NATURE OF JOB: Contract
DURATION (MONTHS): 12 Months
DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Technology/Operation
LOCATION: MALAYSIA
RATE: Market rates
Huawei Rating Consultant is urgent required by my telecoms operator client. The consultant will have excellent experience with Huawei Billing Systems and will be responsible for leading a team in performing and validating test cases and processes covering Huawei Rating Management Application and Modules within. Candidate is also being positioned as the Subject Matter Expert.
YOU ARE: (personality/competencies etc)
- To lead, plan, organize, control & influence on the E2E service operation improvement based on SDLC model (configuration, production activity, etc) related to relevant fields and can work independently
- To develop, audit and enhance the existing & new processes based on industrial best practice
- To develop test processes for determining the best way a test can be performed in order to achieve 100% of all components using different test processes
- Develop and identify key KPI to ensure operation efficiency and systems stability for Convergent Billing System
- To secure and improve system stability, service availability, identify existing process limitation, setting improvement plan
