Contract Rate: C £500 per day inclusive of expenses
Contract Duration: 3 Months Rolling Contract

Our Client, one of the world's foremost Trading System companies, is looking to recruit a number of Senior C# and .NET developers to join their Development team based in the City of London.

The successful candidate will have in-depth experience of developing automated tests at all levels - i.e. unit tests, integration tests, UI tests.

The successful candidate will contribute, along with other IT colleagues, to the development and revision of our client's core products and to assist in the development of secure and properly tested code.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they meet the following criteria:

Knowledge and Skills:

HTML front-end development, minimum 2 years, preferably 3-4 years or more commercial knowledge

HTML, preferably HTML5

CSS2+, preferably CSS3

ASP.NET MVC - minimum 1 year

C#, preferably C# 4.0 or above - minimum 2 years

.NET, preferably .NET 4.0 or above - minimum 2 years

ADO.NET / Linq to SQL / EF - minimum 1 year

SQL experience (ideally SQL Server 2008 or above with some T-SQL experience) - minimum 6 months

AJAX experience and dealing with relatively large, changing datasets within a web page (partial refresh / optimistic locking)

Website load testing, performance testing, and test automation / Selenium etc.

Cross-browser compatibility issues and support (IE, Chrome, Firefox primarily, Safari/Opera maybe)

Data-driven web development with LINQ to SQL / Entity Framework / ADO.NET
