HSS Engineer/LTE/Ericsson NSS

This is an urgent requirement to work with a leading operator in South Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a long term project as a LTE, HSS Engineer. You will be required to provide operation, maintenance and support to Ericsson HSS. You will need previous experience providing 1st to 3rd line support and dealing with vendors for escalations. You must have at least 2 - 4 years experience working on Ericsson equipment.

Skills required for this role:
* 2-4 years of experience in Ericsson NSS (MSC/HLR/STP/MGW)
* Must demonstrate proficiency with theory and application of Diameter, Radius, MAP and SIGTRAN
* Understanding of HLR/HSS in terms of configuration management and user management
o Subscriber User Profiles (ESM management/AVG management)
o Alarm handling in terms SNMP
o Performance monitoring and Statistics counter handling
o Mobility Management
o User Security
o User identification handling
o Access authorization
o Service authorization
o Service profile
* CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) and VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) experience a plus
* Good knowledge of LDAP
* Good Knowledge of MySQL
* Understanding of the LTE Architecture (EPC)
* IMS HSS Subscriptions
* Ability to manage and report KPIs and resolve KPI degradations, handle CSRs
* Ability to multitask in fast-paces environment with certain work pressure
