HSEQ Manager

Progressive Global Energy are working in partnership with an award winning Oil and Gas service company.

The company are looking for a stand along HSEQ Manager for a multitude of different product lines. The company have an operational strcuture of 7 regions and a number of product lines which include Subsea, Well Intervention, Fluids and Analysis and Wireless Well Services.

The successful candidates will support the selected product lines to improve the HSEQ capability and performance in support of the overall business performance. You will be required to improve the HSEQ systems up to and beyond the requirements of the appropriate international standards.

Principal Accountabilities

Support development and maintenance of the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 standards or to meet business needs and ISO 17025 standards where appropriate

Support development and maintenance of HS Management Systems (SMS) in compliance with OHSAS 18001 and individual country specific legislation

To support the development and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001 and individual country specific legislation

Support and mentor the HSEQ awarenesss and development of the management team within each business unit with the maintenance support of each of the above systems to ensure continuous improvement

Drive continual improvement of HSEQ performance by the planned and strategic implementation of the company's tools and techniques in order to effect chanfe and foster cultural excellence.

Implement and monitor other continual improvement tools.

Job Knowledge and Experience

Proven HSEQ Management experience, previous employment in a systems development role. Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 standards and supporting tools

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Trained or Membership of Chartered Quality Institute

Industry experience in audit, root cause analysis, solution development and training delivery
