HSE Regional Focal Manager (Communications/Oil and Gas Industry)

HSE Regional Focal Manager is required by DS8 for this HSE Risk assessment assignment. Along with good HSE assessment experience you will have established HSE management system experience, understanding of general and site specific HSE regulatory compliance (national and local) requirements, experience in working on health, safety and environmental evaluations and assessments, experience conducting HSE competency assessments of medium to high risk work activities and 5+ years HSE experience or national accreditation in HSE (eg Certified Safety Professional, OSHA or NEBOSH) in lieu of years of experience.

You will be required to work as the Regional HSE Manager for a specific geographical area in the Netherlands in the Communications/Oil and Gas industry, Preparing audit plan (scope), conduct audit, prepare audit report, coordinate management review, and be responsible for action item resolution. You will perform incident investigations and issue resolution to minimize and mitigate the impact on the end customer, while providing management oversight to ensure processes are compliant with client HSE policies. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful preparation of the Risk Assessment and Hazard Management, Method Statement, Job Hazard Analysis, Safe Work Plans and Emergency Response Plans by working with and directing the customers Vendors.

Work on performance remediation plans for vendors with identified deficient HSE management systems/program, schedule and conduct:

- Site visits (travel will be required)
- Vendor reviews
- Activity and site audits
- Competency assessments
- Training for contractors
