ROLE

FIXED TERM 6 - 12MNTHS

We are looking for a dynamic/motivated project manager to join our leading client in an important strategic role, working closely with executive management. With a strong background in full HRIS implementations (end to end), you will be responsible for providing strategic HR technology planning, direction, oversight and support for the implementation of the entire system. Alongside this, you will manage important relationships between external vendors, related information systems and internal users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define the strategy, policy and overall HRIS direction, monitoring performance against HR business plan goals and manage all high level risk.
- Apply knowledge of industry, production and functional best practices as well as related technology trends when providing HR technology solutions.
- Benchmark HR technology with other companies, and HR organisations on knowledge sharing and build best practices
- Partner with the HR/Payroll function to define the function's needs in order to facilitate and provide the development of functionalities that support the HR strategy and goals, creating expanded end user capability
- Build positive relationships with HR and IR to ensure requirements and considerations are being incorporated into long term plans as well as day to day services
- Ensure business requirements from internal HR and external business groups are met
- Support the HR team and operating partners in early needs assessment and project scoping
- Provide communications between internal stakeholders and systems support providers and vendors, including strategic planning, systems analysis and design, project management
- Ownership for high integrity data of HRIS data through regular audits and testing of go live data.
- Champion change management, project management and HR collaboration bet practices

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree qualified - Computer Science, Business, HR or a related discipline
- 5 + years project management experience (PM certifications desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in solution, design and implementation experience in delivering technical solutions
