The client: Our client is a leading international bank based in the City ofLondon. At present they are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to join their global HR practice. This is a permanent role and paying up to £60K as a basic salary. The role: This position is key to the ongoing growth and success of the HRIS team. The role reports directly to the global head of the team. The role will involve: * Running global HR systems related projects * Process support/mapping and project management * Working on systems enhancements * Requirements gathering for projects * Global and regional testing The candidate: The ideal candidate will have: * The ability to delivery and manage complex projects * Strong business analyst skills * Exposure of writing business requirements, process mapping and running workshops * Strong Excel skills * Strong understanding of HR processes * Exposure to Peoplesoft(desirable)
