HR Workforce Planning Analyst - 18 month FTCORGANISATION BACKGROUND This organisation provides the brand, systems, services and rules that enable electronic payments between millions of European customers, businesses and merchants. It is an association of over 4,500 financial institutions across Europe.THE ROLEReporting to the Head of Resourcing & Workforce Planning this role supports the operation of the organisations Strategic Workforce Planning process and will lead the definition/specification and analysis of HR Management Information requirements for the HR Delivery team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for coordinating an efficient Strategic Workforce Planning process for the organisationDefines, gathers and analyses key external and internal data to inform the Strategic Workforce Planning process & other HR Delivery activityResponsible for preparing the SWP Toolkit and Operational procedure for HR Business Partners to implementSupports the training of HR BPs and other senior stakeholders in SWP processResponsible for coordinating the SWP process across all Divisions, in partnership with HR Business Partners (twice a year)Responsible for the consolidation of all outputs and providing analysis of the "whole business" themes and ensuring the key outputs are fed through to other HR processesResponsible for consolidating Divisional Strategic Workforce Plans and provides consolidated reports on progressSupports the Head of Resourcing & Workforce Planning in the preparation of Executive Management Committee papers on SWPLiaise with the HR Centres of Excellence to ensure key information is fed into the Strategic Workforce Planning process and the outputs are communicated to the appropriate audiences ESSENTIAL CRITERIAExperience of HR project & process management through othersHighly numerically literate and skilled in data manipulation and presentation (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Skills)Ideally a generalist HR background or some specialism in Workforce Planning/ Management InformationStrong organisation skillsDegree level intellect WHAT THEY CAN OFFER YOU Opportunity to work for the global market leader.Excellent Benefits Package including family benefits.The chance to fulfil your potential - promotion from within wherever possible.Unrivalled training and employee engagement. ***PLEASE NOTE: this organisation is only able to accept applications from candidates with a legal right to work in the UK****
