NHS Client is recruiting for a HR Transition Business Partner (NHS) with the following skills: Knowledge of NHS and current transition and closedown agenda. Knowledge of employment law and current issues. Knowledge of contemporary HRM issues. Knowledge of modern engagement techniques utilised to motivate during uncertainty and mitigate against ER risk. A good understanding of the implications of the Health and Social Care Act. Demonstrated experience of working in an HR projects/change management role in a complex and challenging environment. Experience of working in a highly unionised environment. Experience of supporting organisational change. Experience of managing risks and reporting. Experience of communicating highly complex policies and policy agendas to a variety of multi organisational stakeholders. Experience of working with HR. Experience of working in a generalist HR business partner role. Experience of engaging unions during times of uncertainty.
